Trolls were trash-talking Old Navy on Facebook. Leveraging the celebration of Old Navy reaching seven million fans, we changed the conversation on threads by asking the social-sphere why they shop Old Navy for a chance to have their comment turned into supernova-sized, epic reading. The waves of positive comments overtook the trolls.
